Class Cancellations & Refund Policy

Because our wheel throwing classes have limited enrollment — just 4 students per session — cancellations can directly impact whether a class is able to run. Please review this policy carefully before enrolling.

Student Cancellations Cancellations made 14 or more days before the first class meeting are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the first class meeting are nonrefundable, unless we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist or another student.

Transfers If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your enrollment to another person before the class begins. Please contact us in advance so we can update the registration information.

Transfers apply only before the session starts. Once you've attended one or more classes, the remaining sessions cannot be transferred to someone else.

Missed Classes Tuition is not prorated or refunded for classes missed by students. Because our sessions are small and run as a multi-week series, we're generally unable to offer individual make-up classes.

Class Cancellations by Brush It Off Seattle Brush It Off Seattle reserves the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollment is not met, or if circumstances prevent the class from running as scheduled.

If we cancel a class before the session begins, all enrolled students will receive a full refund.

If an individual class meeting must be canceled after the session has started, we'll make every reasonable effort to reschedule. Please note that classes falling on holidays will generally be moved to the following week.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
